Nancy J. Wolf

Ms. Wolf is the past President of US Tax Resolutions, P.A. and currently a Manager of Advantage Delaware LLC.

Ms. Wolf holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree with Majors in Accounting and Management, all earned at Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.

She has been in the corporate finance and business fields for over 25 years, managing Delaware Holding Companies for various organizations and Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Wolf served on the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce Holding Company Committee 1994 through 1999. Since 1992 she has formed Delaware Corporations and Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), and served as a Delaware Registered Agent to clients worldwide.

Ms. Wolf was a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a past member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

She initially joined the American Society of IRS Problem Solvers as a Charter Member in 1997. In September of 2000, Ms. Wolf was inducted into the Tax Freedom Institute as a consulting member. This association of premier tax practitioners and attorneys throughout the country is dedicated to taxpayers’ rights issues, IRS abuse prevention and cure, and tax problem resolutions. In June of 2004, Ms. Wolf joined The American Society of Tax Problem Solvers. This is a professional non-profit association of tax professionals dedicated to the qualified representation of clients before the IRS and other taxing authorities.

Over the years, Ms. Wolf has helped hundreds of domestic and foreign businesses navigate through the complexity of the IRS and state tax codes, and maintain compliance with these taxing authorities.

During 2010, Ms. Wolf has redirected her professional services to forming Delaware business entities and managing Delaware Holding Companies exclusively.

Vincent J. Creo

Mr. Creo is a founding partner of Advantage Delaware LLC. He has owned and operated several small businesses. As a seasoned entrepreneur, he is uniquely qualified to assist clients with making informed business decisions.

Prior to founding Advantage Delaware, Mr. Creo’s professional path led him into the real estate industry bringing buyers and sellers together, researching properties, and remaining current on trends and legislation affecting the real estate market while continuously striving to assist each of his clients in reaching their goals.

Previously, he served as a substitute paraprofessional in a local school district. He instructed students, monitored classrooms, and became attuned to the vocational needs of this special population. Mr. Creo’s prior background also included recovery work at a finance company. His talents included but were not limited to skip tracing, locating assets for possible legal action, and making settlements with customers. In earlier years, he held various increasingly responsible middle level managerial positions at a local utility with a focus on client satisfaction.

The foundation of Mr. Creo’s professional experience was earned in the legal field. He excelled at positions involving collections, credit, settlements, and bankruptcies. Herein he learned a legal and ethical manner of conducting business.

Stephen C. Wolf

Marketing Manager

Steve Wolf brings to Advantage Delaware over twenty-eight years of marketing and sales experience. His academic career commenced at Brown University and Rhode Island School of Design. After completing his formal training, he was employed by a large corporation and then by smaller design studios. Steve’s travels have taken him from Delaware, to Tennessee, to Florida, and then back home to Delaware. He has also owned and operated two successful small businesses. Steve listens to clients, understands their business needs, and offers recommendations for business growth and prosperity.
